Get paid for fuel, handling and charter before wheels-up. In fiat
For FBOs, fuel suppliers, charter and rental operators, MRO shops and aircraft brokers: put a crypto option on the invoice you already raise and receive clean fiat at settlement. The crew or buyer pays in stablecoins or major crypto, we run the checks and convert, and you are paid in EUR. You never hold the crypto and you never carry the swing between quote and payment.
In brief
Can aviation operators accept crypto for fuel, handling and charter?
Yes, when it settles through a regulated desk. An FBO, into-plane fuel supplier, charter operator or broker raises its normal invoice with a crypto option. The crew or buyer pays in stablecoins or major crypto; Xchange360 runs KYC and source-of-funds on the payer, converts, and settles clean EUR to your account. You are paid in fiat for fuel, ground handling, servicing, charter or an aircraft sale, and the crypto never reaches your books.
The problem
The aircraft is on the ground. The wire is not
Foreign crews and buyers want to settle fast for fuel, handling and charter, but a cross-border wire clears in days and cards get declined or charged back on high-value tickets. So the turnaround waits on the money, or you release the service on trust. More crews now hold funds in stablecoins like USDC and would rather pay that way. Until now you had no compliant route to take it.
Take the payment on the ramp, settle to fiat, and turn the aircraft around without waiting on a bank.
How it works
How it works
Invoice for the service
Fuel, into-plane, ground handling, charter, rental, maintenance or an aircraft sale. Raise your normal invoice with a crypto option, quoted in EUR.
The crew or buyer pays in crypto
Payment settles in stablecoins or major crypto under a KYC'd, source-of-funds-checked flow. The rate is fixed for the payment window, so the amount does not drift.
We convert and settle fiat
Funds convert at execution and land in your account in EUR for the amount invoiced, fast enough to release the turnaround or the closing.
Why aviation operators use it
Crypto on the ramp, clean fiat in the bank
Paid before the turnaround ends
Payment clears in the time it takes to fuel and service the aircraft, not the days a cross-border wire takes to land. The crew leaves paid, not on account.
You never hold the crypto
We convert at execution and settle EUR to your account. The price swing between quote and payment sits with the flow, never on your balance sheet.
Source-of-funds on the payer
KYC and source-of-funds checks run on the crew, charterer or buyer, so a fuel uplift or a seven-figure aircraft sale stands up to an auditor and a regulator.
Held in regulated custody through a sale
On an aircraft purchase, funds sit in regulated custody through the deal and settle at closing, not in a personal wallet or on an exchange.

FAQ
Common questions
Do we ever touch or hold the crypto?
No. The payer sends crypto to the regulated flow; we convert and settle EUR to your account. You quote, invoice and get paid in fiat, exactly as you do today. The crypto never reaches your wallet or your books.
What about source of funds on a large aircraft sale?
KYC and source-of-funds checks run on the buyer before settlement, and on an aircraft purchase the funds are held in regulated custody through the deal. You get a paper trail on where the money came from, which is the part that usually stalls a high-value transaction.
What can be paid for this way?
Anything you would normally invoice: fuel and into-plane, ground handling, servicing and maintenance, charter and rentals, and full aircraft sales. You are settled in fiat regardless of how the payer chooses to pay.
Is there a chargeback risk like there is with cards?
No. Crypto settlement is final once confirmed, so a fuel uplift or charter leg cannot be reversed after the aircraft has flown, unlike a card payment that can be disputed weeks later.
How does a crew actually pay on the ramp?
You raise your normal invoice with a crypto option quoted in EUR, and the crew or buyer settles against it through a KYC’d, source-of-funds-checked flow, so there is no wallet for your line staff to manage. The rate is fixed for the payment window, so the amount does not drift while the crew pays. The desk can show your operations team how the payment request is presented at the point of service.
Is settlement fast enough to release the turnaround?
Crypto settlement is designed to confirm quickly and finally, so you can release fuel, handling or a charter leg without waiting the days a cross-border wire takes or risking the chargeback a card allows. Funds convert at execution and land in EUR fast enough to clear the service against the turnaround. The desk can confirm expected timing for the ticket sizes and stations you operate.
Can we use this across multiple FBO locations or bases?
Yes. The invoice-based flow works wherever you raise invoices, so a multi-station FBO or a charter operator with several bases can offer the same crypto option and receive consolidated EUR settlement. How reporting and settlement are grouped across sites is set up with the desk. Raise your network structure so it can be configured to match how you account for each location.
Is there a minimum ticket, and can smaller line items be paid this way?
The route is designed for everything from a single into-plane fuel uplift to a full aircraft sale, so it is not limited to large tickets. Whether very small line items are worth settling this way depends on the economics for your operation, which the desk can talk through. There is no single published minimum, so confirm what makes sense for your typical ticket sizes.
Are we always paid in EUR, or can we settle in another currency?
The page settles you in clean EUR for the amount invoiced regardless of how the crew or buyer chooses to pay. If your operation needs settlement in another currency, that depends on your jurisdiction and account setup, so raise it with the desk. Either way you quote and get paid in fiat, not crypto.
