Discreet, best-price execution and regulated, Swiss-grade custody for family offices: one relationship across trading, conversion and safekeeping, with a desk you can sit down with at our London office in Fitzrovia.

In brief

How do family offices hold and trade digital assets?

Family offices hold and trade digital assets through a regulated counterparty that provides best-price execution and institutional custody under defined controls. Xchange360 offers discreet execution and regulated, segregated custody so wealth can be managed with the oversight expected of traditional finance.

The problem

Wealth needs execution and custody it can trust

FAQ

Common questions

Where and how are our assets held in custody?

Assets are held in regulated, Swiss-grade institutional custody, segregated and never in self-custody or commingled retail wallets. The desk can share the custodian, the segregation and control model for your due-diligence file.

How do you achieve best price on large trades?

Size is handled by the liquidity desk rather than a retail order book, so the order is worked off the public book instead of being pushed through it. The desk quotes an indicative amount for the size you want, sources liquidity across venues, and confirms pricing at execution. The desk can talk through how it sources liquidity for the sizes you trade.

How discreet is the relationship, and who sees our activity?

Execution is handled discreetly through a named desk rather than a public venue, and you deal with the people running your account directly. Confidentiality controls and reporting access can be scoped to your family office during onboarding.

Is there a minimum to open a relationship?

This is an institutional, relationship-led service rather than a retail account, so engagement typically starts with a conversation with the desk about your assets and objectives. The desk can confirm any minimums that apply to execution or custody.

What reporting and statements do we get for custody and trades?

As a regulated counterparty we provide statements and reporting on holdings and executed trades to the standard a family office expects for oversight and audit. The desk can confirm reporting formats, frequency and any accountant or auditor access you need.

Can we meet the team in person before committing?

Yes. You can sit down with the desk that runs your account at our London office in Fitzrovia — the relationship is built face to face, not through a ticket queue. Arrange a meeting through the desk before onboarding.
